Top of the list is the location. We loved being able to walk to dinner, and walk the Loop after dinner, and arrive back at our little studio at the end.

Maybe an aircon unit would be a welcome addition.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Whangarei Town Basin. The unique entrance through barn doors, and then the interesting decor made it a fun experience.

It was somewhat inconvenient not having running water in the little kitchen area.

The driveway needs fixing. Also we couldn’t get the coffee machine to,work. Noisy toilet but it’s not too bad.

Funky little studio with everything you needed in a lovely quiet part of town. Also close to restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable bed and great location

It is an amazing novel and clever space with a wonderful rustic/boutique feel to it. The location is superb - so close to the centre of town - with a lovely walk by the boats to get there.

Steep drive for a low bottomed car

Comfortable bed, cosy room. Lots of coffee pods. Good amount of cutlery. Interesting decor.

A few cobwebs hanging down in ihigh areas of ceiling. Bathroom is a bit noisy due to 'machinator'.

Loved how spacious it was would recommend to anyone for the price
