Aloni Guesthouse

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts, a local family. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also run a restaurant on site, which we liked. The guesthouse is situated in a valley, 15 minutes away from Monodendri and 45 minutes away from Papingo.

die ausstattung der küche ist minimal, es gibt nur eine kleine kochplatte für kaffee, fast kein geschirr. die vermieterin/verwalterin ist sehr nett, aber spricht kein englisch, dadurch ist keine kommunikation möglich.

The place is absolutely fine, especially considering the price. In my opinion, as reviewers, it also depends on the cost-benefit ratio, and it's not right to judge a place in an absolute way, to compare hotels with significantly different prices and expect that an inexpensive hotel will provide the level of a significantly more expensive one.

The only downside I found is that the heating system (and we were there in November when it was quite cold) is centralized and controlled by the owner. It was not adapted to our needs and we were too cold for much of the time we stayed there.
