we stayed for 3 nights and loved everything about this place - Our hosts, Annette and Mark were welcoming, friendly and responsive to our needs. the location of this BnB is perfect and our room overlooking the water course and mountains in the background was stunning. our Welsh full breakfast was top class as well highly recommend staying here if you are in area

We could not find any place that served food after 8pm

Lovely location and the room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Hosts were very attentive and it was a lovely experience.

Mark & Annette were very welcoming and offered great local advice about climbing Snowdon. The guest house was lovely and very well organised. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing, it was all perfect

Excellent breakfast and great hosts. Lovely location by the river and a village we know well.

Our single beds were very narrow and quite hard. The quilt cover was heavy and too hot for summer use. It made sleeping difficult.

Annette and Mark were great hosts and super informative about all the hikes you can do in the area. The rooms were clean and tidy with coffee/tea facilities. The property location was close to Snowden and the town was lovely and charming. Loads of pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the guest house.

The single beds were a bit too small/narrow.

Owners were friendly, accomodating and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean with an outstanding view. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection and enough food to keep you going until tea time. Lovely patio garden with a commanding view overlooking the village.

On site parking would have been the icing on the cake but accommodation was in the centre of the village and therefore impossible. However parking was available only 80 to 100m up the road and very reasonably priced.
