The hosts were very friendly and helping. They speak very good english. The hotel is very clean and has a nice little courtyard. The breakfast is great.

Everything. Every member of the family was so generous and helping. They came to pick us up at 5am, let us early check-in, and gave us a lot of nice attention. They organized our Ijen Volcano trip amazingly good. The breakfast was really nice. They also organized our transfer to Bali and brung us to the bus station for a cheap price. The room was pretty dark, but in this case, it was perfect as we needed to sleep during the day, and it was really quiet.

The daughter of the owner is really helpful, they also organized the Ijen tour which was brilliant. location is perfect for meals etc.

We arrived late after doing the Bromo tour and a long train trip, looking forward to having a shower etc.. We got a free pick up at the station which was great. The room was ok, the bathroom was a wet room with a shower head and tube over the toilet, no hot water and strangely no sink, not even in the bedroom. I went to talk with the owner to ask about hot water and somewhere to shave and he said that there was no hot water and that he never said there was on booking (also never said there wasn't!) and I could shave in the sink of the shared kitchen. Then asked if I wanted to cancel the booking..

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en de vrouwelijke eigenaar kwam na onze Ijen trip lekker ontbijt aan onze deur brengen. De vader en dochter hebben ons teruggebracht en waren ook erg vriendelijk! Ze hebben een goede trip geregeld voor ons, dus hier zijn we erg tevreden over. Het bed en het slaapgedeelte waren schoon en er was een leuke binnenplaats waar je buiten kon zitten.

We hadden deze accommodatie alleen geboekt omdat we naar Ijen gingen en we dus eigenlijk ergens maar 5 uurtjes zouden slapen. We hadden dus zeker geen hele hoge verwachtingen, maar toch viel de kamer wat tegen. De ventilator was heel stoffig en de badkamervloer was nog nat en een beetje vies toen we aankwamen. De badkamer is overigens echt heel klein, hooguit 2×2m. De douche zat bijna in de wc en viel hier eigenlijk niet te douchen. Er is geen wasbak in de kamer om je handen te wassen en ook geen zeep.

L'accueil de la famille qui tient l'établissement était génial. Ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Ils n'avaient plus de scooters disponibles à la location et nous ont loué le leur directement. Ils organisent des excursions pour le Kawa Ijen et/où louent des masques pour le faire en autonomie. On a prolongé d'une nuit notre séjour ici.

Personnel au top, j'ai oublié mes écouteurs dans le lit et ils me les ont renvoyés directement à Bali, ça fait plaisir de tomber sur des gens de confiance. De plus le lit est tred confortable dans un lieux vraiment très calme sans coq ni route aux abords, c'est très appréciable.

En retrait de la rue, calme, petit prix pour ce petit établissement, personnel agréable et disponible

La vaisselle n'est pas en bon état, la cuisine pas franchement agréable il y a un espèce de hangar fait maison pas très propre, il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, pas de lavabo pour se laver les mains ou les dents, la douche edtbzu dessus des toilettes
