I did some admin the the stunning spacious garden, Breakfast was good and friendly staff

I was not aware that I needed to book for supper, the friendly receptionist arranged a toasted sandwich for me which was heavily overcharged. I'm thankful though as I didn't need to go into town to get supper. My room was in the front and noisy with the busy street right there, but I did book late, next time will book in advance and ask for a room at the back of the building

WOW, exceptional in every way. Before we entered the property we were informed that our stay was upgraded to an Executive room. The location is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. Breakfast was great and we had a really nice conversation with the cook. The whole Staff at Villa Maria went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We definitely recommend staying here.

Air conditioner was noisy and upon draining the bathtub we noticed that it was leaking.
