Quick refund was provided

• Asked multiple times to arrive earlier than stated check-in time • Had to spend extra money on a taxi because of their request • Room conditions did not match the description (very stuffy, AC barely working, window could not be opened) • Was asked to leave late in the evening (~10 PM) despite having a confirmed booking • Left without accommodation at night, which is highly stressful and unprofessional
