I waited for a good 30 minutes they were not picking up the phone when i was calling i almost went to book else where and my money wouldn't be refunded

Staff was excellent and very helpful when we arrived. They helped me unload the car since I had to help my wheelchair bound husband out of the car. Your staff is magnificent. They actually asked me to move the car to a safer spot since we were loaded fully with shopping. How awesome is that! They even have a bathroom big enough to allow my husband to make a u-turn with his wheelchair.

The shower water took a long time to heat up. Showers do not allow for disabled people to shower, however, there was a bath we could use.

The breakfast was supper,every morning we were dazzled

Staying for 1 night. Should have stayed for longer

A proper mirror in the bathroom and a shower door. However shower door not that important as water didn’t leak outside

The place was not clean the bedding was dirty and the room was dusty we ended up staying one day instead of two days and we were not refunded for the other day
