"Underwhelming!"

The new guy who welcomed us was good. His name is Ntokozo

The food took 2,5hrs to get to us and it was the wrong order and poorly seasoned. The massage therapist made provisions for one person to be massaged when we came as a couple and all staff members were informed. This was rude and unacceptable.
