There is nothing not to like about this property. It was a wonderful stay. I definitely will stay here again when I visit Mae Hong Son area. The owner was super friendly. Plus side laundry is just in front of the place. Halal restaurant is just around the corner and masjid is about 3minutes from the place. Absolutely amazing this place.

Everything

Everything was good. We could park our motorbikes right in front of the room. Room was clean. Beds were good. There was no breakfast included, but you can find cafes, restaurants etc. in walking distance.

The room has the private entrance, which is close to the parking. Overall it's rather minimal, but it's a good option to stay for one night. Especially knowing how limited are the options to stay in that area.

Maybe a better soundproofing.

Great little home stay, good price for a 1 night stop while traveling.

The bed, the mattress was too hard and lumpy. But we are western and not used to a hard mattress.

I was unable to arrive on the specified date and asked the owner if I could come the next day. My booking was changed for free. Good location, washing machines and a 7-Eleven are relatively close by. Very friendly host.

The rooms was somewhat basic (although allright for the price)
