Steep spiral staircase to access room. Difficult with backpack or suit cases. Also remote check in with no staff on site. Ultimately the system worked, but I get tired of the remote system access when I thought I was booking a staffed facility

Very good location. The room is not very big, but it was just enough for us. They provide free washing machines and dryers, which made it easy for us to wash our clothes. This was especially useful during our Camino trip.
