"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!"

If 0 was a possible rating I would have given it Zero. On the day of check in the owner contacted me via whatsapp and informed me she gave my paid for reservation away to a different guest that decided they wanted to stay longer. She was fully booked and could not accommodate the other guest butkicked me to the curb and made it my problem, so that she could make more money out of the other guest as they wanted to stay longer. She also without any discussion booked me into a different guest house in town and downgraded me. When I dared to complain about the situation to booking.com she wanted me to help her fix the situation and thought offering me a breakfast would fix the situation. Said she would refund me, but turned around a day later and refused to refund me and also she profited off of my reservation as the place she booked me into was less than what I paid her. She is unethical, unprofessional and out right a con artist.

Host Sharné - she is a lovely human. Super friendly, down to earth and generous with her time and conversation. Loved the Smart TV with all the wonderful things to watch, wifi was good, comfy bed, electric blanket. For a cold Komani winter the unit was very cosy.

Heating in the room - it was still quite cold. I think wall panel heaters are no challenge to Komani winters. But honestly, if you stayed in bed in your electric blanked you didn't feel cold

The room was lovely and had everything one would need. The host was awesome and made me feel welcome from my arrival till my departure.
