"Solve the cockroach problem if you want to see us again"

We regularly stay here and - apart from the cockroaches which I deal with below - the place is nice. The rooms are comfortable and the staff has improved.

The room was infected with cockroaches! Not acceptable. I don't want to arrive back home with a suitcase full of cockroaches. There were even cockroaches inside the microwave oven - which means that it was not cleaned before the room was made available. Also, the place does not appear to have a "quiet hours policy", or does not enforce it, as there were loud discussions going on between 1 am and 3 am.
