I had booked twice via booking.com in foreign countries where the accommodation was top class. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. How does booking .com approve places of inferior quality accommodation??? Broken fixtures, bathroom shower door. It is not catering facility but dorm facilities.

Falsely advertising that it was self-catering with a kitchen, but not mentioning that it’s a shared (communal) kitchen with other guests.

The staff was friendly and was always willing to assist. The location is not too far from the sea, but we still had to drive to the beach every day.

This is not a self-catering unit. The family of 3 was stuck in a room with a TV with very limited channels for 8 days. It is 4 rooms that have to use 1 kitchen and 1 dining room table with 3 other strangers. It's probably better if you book as a large group and take all 4 the rooms but for a single family, is was very uncomfortable. And the other rooms on the property was even smaller and could not fit the 1 adult and 2 children. I ended up having to buy take aways for the entire holiday as where were I suppose to prepare meals. This was not in the budget for the holiday.
