Internet horribly slow. No elevator can pose problems for some to get to the top flor.

Breakfast was delicious!Everyday!Hotel location was perfect. In the middle of the town. Very quiet Which was lovely! Hotel was also very very clean. I ll come back any time

What a gem. I highly recommend. The beds are so comfortable and the pillow was so amazing I wanted to take it with me. The staff is super accommodating and the breakfast was perfect. I will definitely return if in the area again.

Great location near lake side, citi Center and not faraway from shops and restaurants. Big spacious and clean rooms with amazing bathrooms. Good breakfast - simple, but good quality of cold cuts and cheeses . Very helpful and friendly staff - the lady who was responsible for breakfast set up was helpful and had great customer service.

To make the hotel a really great place to stay I would make a few suggestions as this would definitely add the value : 1. I would provide small fridges in the room 2. I would provide small kettles and selection of few tea / coffee 3. I would put a little ring at the reception table to call for assurance when staff is busy and customer is waiting for the service I think with those few improvements this hotel would be exceptional

Wonderful location across from the Park by the lake. Comfortable bathroom, good and quiet AC, excellent breakfast choices, and friendly staff.

Delicious breakfast! Wide variety of food: from fruits,yogurt freshly made scrambled eggs and more. Coffee per request,water ,juice delicious fresh bread and rolls! Wouldn’t stay at any other place.

Staff was good

1. No one available in building on some days 2. restaurant is kept closed on days when they should be open without notice to hotel guest 3. no tea/coffee/hot water in room 4. no proper cleaning of room or change of bedsheet for 9 days 5. bar tender drunk 6. no laundary 7. no lift
