Casa Palace

It was a disaster! We arrived at the hotel late around 22:00 hours and before that I sent an email and informed the hotel that we would have late check in and they replied that we didn't have to worry because check in was 24/7. When we arrived l, they told us that they mixed up reservations and that they didn't have a room for us (2 adults and 2 children), but that they had only one single bedroom room available. We were offered to stay in another hotel which was on the other side of the city, however they didn't offer us room for 4, but two separate rooms. We didn't want to separate from each other in two rooms in some other hotel, so we didn't have any other choice but to leave. We had to drive back for hours to our country. This was the worst experience ever, I have never seen such thing in my life. The booking confirmed the reservation and when we arrived, there was not a room available for us! Horrible experience!!!
