Serenity1 Homestay

After spending a few weeks in Chiang Mai, I was ready to get out to the countryside and experience the nature of northern Thailand. A friend recommended that I go to Chiang Dao, to see beautiful mountains and experience a slower pace of life. I was so lucky to find Serenity ! online, and I couldn't be happier with my stay there. Located just out of the main town with  peaceful garden surroundings and lovely hosts, this was just what needed. I rented a motorbike to visit all of the local spots and go on a few adventures in the mountains. I was upgraded with my accommodations as they were not full during low season, and I stayed in a lovely modern and spacious bungalow with a small kitchen, where I was able to cook things I bought at several of the local markets. It was so peaceful. If you are looking to find a place to genuinly relax in an amoungst the beautiful nature of northern Thailand, then I highly recommend Serenty 1. And by the way, Chiang Dao is awesome.

I moved to the bigger AC room. it was spacious and comfortable and i loved the outer open green back yard.

Super clean, peaceful and the host was amazing. I fell ill and she organised a ride to the best hospital in Chaing Mai straight away. The mangos are also the best ever!

The owner is welcoming and gracious. I incorrectly booked a room with no air conditioning and she happily moved us to the air conditioned room.
