There was black mold in the room and smelled like mildew

- the position was okay to walk to the city center main attractions

- the room and the bathroom were not very clean (I.e. hair in the bed sheets, dirty walls in the bathroom, clogged shower) - misunderstanding with the reservation: we booked a 4-bed room for 3 people (most expensive among the available options) but we ended in a 3-bed room without refund - old and aged furniture, not very good looking and functional

Last minute booking but I was accommodated very quickly. The staff was friendly and my room was large. I did not want A/C so they were happy to bring up a fan.

Many hotels in Chiang Mai do not have elevators…people who have mobility issues might not like the stairs. I was fine though.

I loved the breezy terraces with outdoor seating and ashtrays. The shower was hot. Cold AC. Big bathroom. Great location.

I didn’t like some of the bad reviews this hotel has.

Simple and efficient, it had all i needed from a hotel room. Wifi included and good.

The bed is really hard, but I knew that it was the case in Thailand so, I always have my inflatable thin mattress with me. That's the pro tip. They couldn't deliver a receipt.

Warning: There is a rooster at the house attached to the hotel that crows repeatedly at sunrise. It is loud so sleeping past sunrise is very difficult.
