Great location for Goodward races, Matt the owner was excellent and very obliging. Breakfast very nice ,lovely room but busy road close that you could hear. That said would definitely stay again and recommend.

Only the traffic noise but that would not deter us returning.

A lovely stay, in well kept and festive surroundings. Ideal location. Breakfast was superb, and the hosts very welcoming. A great business. Also a lovely pub opposite serving a decent pint.

A good sized, very clean double room with a choice of teas and coffee. Wifi and television reception very good. Bathroom clean, spacious and had a nice powerful shower with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast selection was comprehensive and hot items were freshly prepared.

The location of our room was on the ground floor, off of the main reception area. As a result, it was a little noisy until late at night and early in the morning.

"Nice stay."

The location was close to the Goodwood motor racing circuit where I was running a marathon. Lovely shower, comfortable and nice and warm.

The WiFi was very intermittent.
