Fun time away in compact accommodation

Nothing to dislike

Very private location. Lovely little garden and comfortable interior. Great shower! Unobtrusive host but there if you needed anything. Just perfect.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything. It would be helpful to have more electrical sockets to plug phone charger and hairdryer in. More of a suggestion really.

Everything you needed was here, even a small kitchen hob if you wished to cook, yes, pots and pans supplied. If you like to be in the middle of the countryside then this is the place for you. The accommodation is a little on the small side but cozy, having a totally and enclosed private garden more than makes up for this.

There's nothing really to dislike here, a minor inconvenience was the lack of available plug sockets, options are to unplug microwave, coffee maker or kettle. We chose to unplug the TV as it was near the bed.

We loved the garden and the hut was very nice. Thank you for the orange juice, milk and coffee. Lovely spot to spend a few days.

We stayed for 2 nights. The second night was very hot, because it has been hot during the day outside. We opened the windows, but mosquitoes came in. We only slept for a few hours. There is a fan, but we can't sleep with a fan on. Maybe some temporary nets can be added to windows?

We had a lovely short stay at Highkettle Hut to visit Chichester and go to the theatre. Everything you need is available and there was enough room for the two of us!

I had a wonderful stay, the shepherd's hut was beautiful.. so clean and cosy with everything needed for a very comfortable stay in such a beautiful setting.
