Just a block away from the clock tower. Very convenient. Unexpected light breakfast of toast, jam and bananas was available.

The bed was super hard. Lots of noise from the bars across the street.

Excellent location and beautiful room. Check in and out was easy and nothing wrong with the property. Great value.

Location couldn’t be any better; right in the middle of everything & very walkable. Breakfast was basic, (toast, bananas, and coffee) but it was good. Check in staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was comfy and spacious. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Super location nearby one of the main city attractions: the Clock Tower ( with hourly light projection and music for 10 minutes starting 18.00, and hourly sound starting 6.00 am), many restaurants, massage places. I recommend, if within your budget, to do the Chiang Rai:Discover 7 Must-See Spots & Tickets, Lunch Included - in 1 day you see all major things and in other 2 days, relaxed you can walk and visit very nice temples, the City Pillar temple... walking distance like 15-20-30 minutes depe ding on your pace and the temples. Going to City pillar place ( Wat Phra That Doi Chom Thong, known for containing relics of the Buddha) you have on the way some other distinctive 6 temples. For foodies, do not miss the Night Bazaar. Super place. Good food, big variet ( also vegetarians compliant) beer half price as Bangkok... some 80 Baht meaning 2.4USD

For coffee lovers - in coffee shops ask for medium roasted coffee. The first sold usually is dark roasted. Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Staff were amazing, especially Mas ( spelling?) who was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Beds, comfortable. The room and common areas very clean and comfortable. On offer each morning were toast, bananas and coffee from the best automatic espresso machine I've come across. We were on the first floor - room was a little dark, but lightning was good. Location was fabulous, just steps from the clock tower. I'm glad we stayed there.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Helped us with our transportation needs. The free snacks, coffee, tea, and fruits in the morning are a nice touch. Definitely would recommend this place.

It can be a bit loud during the night because of the music playing from the bars in the area, but we slept well nonetheless.
