"Amazing Customer Service"

"Super !"

Personnel très sympathique, petits dejeuners très copieux et variés ! L'emplacement est très calme mais proche des zones touristiques. La salle de bain est très bien et le jardin est très agréable. Les snacks disponibles 24h/24 sont très pratiques.

Il n'y a pas de laverie dans l'hotel, mais c'est pas très grave ll y a une laverie à 50m qui est très bien et peu chère. On a eu quelques légers problèmes d'électricité dans la chambre (certains de nos chargeurs ne fonctionnaient pas à certains moments) mais c'était uniquement lorsqu'il y avait de gros orages.

Mooie binnentuin en veranda. Zeer schoon, uitgebreid ontbijt. Personeel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima kamer, goede badkamer, goede airco.

The rooms where nice, spacious and quiet. The staff is super nice and helpful and the breakfast amazing. I have stayed at far more expensive places that did not provide such service.

"Amazing place, great breakfast and charming staff"

This place has amazing inside patio with many beautiful plants. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. The staff is polite and caring. We had amazing, almost one-week long stay and if we could, we’d love to stay longer!

Adiramos o lugar Os funcionários trabalham com prazer, sao atenciosos e fomos tratadas com amorosidade. Eles sao honestos, informam sobre atrações turísticas e dao dicas de locomoção. O breakfast uma delícia, todo dia diferente, todo dia algo muito especial Todo dia oferecem guloseimas free para o hóspede, frutas e snacks, chás. Cafe e agua. As instalações sao ótimas, quartos grandes e arejados. Tudo funciona no bwc. Ar condicionado silencioso. Limpeza excelente . O hotel é um espetáculo arquitetônico e sua decoração muito estilosa.

"Agradable pero no volvería"

Es bonito por dentro. Está limpio

La ubicación no me gustó. Algo alejado de las calles principales de Malioboro o Prariwotaman. Teníamos desayuno incluido las tres noches de estancia pero no pudimos desayunar dos de ellas, ya que debido a que salimos algo temprano, no había y no nos ofrecieron prepararlo para nosotros. El personal no habla muy bien inglés. La cama no tiene sábana para arroparse, solo una colcha.
