We had a suite and it was extremely beautiful, very nicely decorated in vintage style and very large. Also very clean and all this at a reasonable place. The SPA area was also very nice. And the location was also good about 10 minutes to Baile Felix on foot.

The fact that there was no one there at all. The automatic check-in worked fine, but I wished there was someone there for information or at least that there was something in the room with some information about the area. Not even a note with the password for the Wifi (and we looked everywhere in the suite). In the SPA area, the water from the showers just flowed everywhere on the floor. First of all dangerous because you can slip on it, secondly not so hygienic stepping in the soapy water left by someone else. The 9 points are for the very beautiful room and for the location.

great instructions for getting in, excellent spa (although took time for the sauna to get to temperature)

no breakfast at this time of year, beds a little hard, lacking comfort.
