Central for bus ,away from noise,except seagulls,ha,,amenities 2mins away, tea milk biscuits at hand when you arrive waiting, ,,WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

We loved the location and how close to the sea it was. Kevin was clear, friendly and welcoming, and also upgraded our room for free to a stunning four poster bedroom, which we were thrilled about, just goes to show that if a host can, they will. Its a dying trait and we appreciated it hugely. Lovely place to stay and we would definitely return again 😊

There was a noisy guy staying above us. But chances are he’s gone now 😁 no reflection on the guesthouse at all.

"Good location and good value for money"

Good location near the sea front and the bus station. Very clean, with kettle and tea making facilities in the room. There is a lounge on the ground floor for general use. The owner lives on site in case of any problems.

My single room was at the top of the building up several flights of stairs. It was fine for me, but could be a problem if mobility was an issue. The shower is free standing in the room and took ages to get any hot water.
