Efficient and clean

The house was clean and very nicely located within walking distance of many of the must-sees in Caltagirone. The host is extremely friendly and very responsive. Whenever back in Caltagirone, we will be back at this B&B!

Apartment was in the great location, in the middle of city center in historic palace, and facilities, decoration, furniture and the whole atmosphere was truly palatial. Great hosts, they helped us so much, even in the aspects that weren't connected with hosting, they even drove us and our luggage to our parking lot where our car was. :) I have only good words to put for them!

The staff were very kind and pleasant. The bedroom was was very modern, clean and comfortable.

Parking is on the road that can be very busy.

The location is amazing - you are in the heart of the city. It is possible to find a free parking spot. It is a real medieval building, very cozy and well renovated. The breakfast was amazing! We had a pretty big choice of sweets, drinks and snacks.

It's in the historical centre and only a few minutes walk from the famous steps and other sites. There are many restaurants nearby. The spacious shared kitchen is well equipped with an oven & hob and cooking utensils. The breakfast of individually packaged cerial and breads was OK to get you started in the morning. The curtains kept the morning light out which is alwasy great. I was able to park my motorbike for no charge under the nearby Ponte San Francesco.

Breakfast was self service but more than adequate. A good selection. The property was exceptional inside.

There could have been a sign rather than just the house number outside the property. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the property despite passing it several times. The stairs were pretty narrow to the bedrooms making it quite challenging with luggage.
