Sítio agradável, quarto decente e pequeno-almoço bom

Reservámos com 2h de antecedência e dissemos a que horas chegaríamos. O quarto estava gelado, não houve o cuidado de o aquecer. Não havia mantas extra no roupeiro, em pleno inverno. Resumindo: falta de cuidado nalguns pormenores que podiam ter tornado a estadia mais agradável.
