Everything. Quiet area, room is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean. Huge beautiful bathroom.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the owners were very responsive on WhatsApp, answering any questions quickly. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, the place was spotless, and the AC/Heat unit worked well, which was much appreciated during the colder days. We had space to keep our carry-ons open on the floor and still keep them out of the way, and there also was a large cabinet to store clothes if need be. The location was ideal - it's about an 8-minute walk to the town centre, so it makes the surroundings very quiet and peaceful. Being next to a park made the walk to and from town at night especially pleasant. All in all, a comfortable and convenient stay. We recommend it !

The fridge hadn’t been turned on when we arrived, and we only noticed at the end of our stay. Unfortunately, the milk that was left for us had spoiled, and we lost some of our own food as well. Also, the bathroom didn’t have any heating and got quite cold unless we left the door open.

The room is beautiful and comfortable and in a good location but I had a bad experience. The owners were on holiday and I was confronted by a really rude person managing the property.

I may have misunderstood the fact that I could not bring my 2 small yorkies. I read on the Bookings.com website that people were asking if pets are allowed and the owners were very happy to allow it. I arrived the Friday, my 2 fur kids, they were in the garden, we went out the Friday night, left them in the room and as all yorkie owners know, they dont shed. They were alone and all good. Saturday eve we were at dinner and I got a call from the manager who was really irate shouting over the phone telling me that Daisy place is not pet friendly, I told her I am having dinner and would be there asap. She then told me she removed my dogs from the room, I said how can you do that, she said she could as it not pet friendly. I was horrified, we left the restaurant immediately. I asked her over the phone if this means we need to leave and she said yes its not a pet friendly establishment. When we got back to the room she came to the room without my dogs, I was terribly upset and said please go fetch my dogs immediately, which she did. She then questioned my honesty because she said she has never seen these comments on the site. I did a screenshot of the page I was referring to then she said does not believe this is relevant to Daisy Place, so she as calling me a liar, eventually when I found the page she said nothing and took pics of what I was referring to. She was condescending, made us feel like criminals and then back peddled when I asked her if I must vacate the room. She said it was my decision. My 1 yorkie was so traumatised, we decided to leave. The fact that she called me a liar was just too much for me and she had no right removing my dogs from the room or in fact entering the room without us being present. I was then told I would not get a refund as I left on my own accord. Our entire weekend was spoilt by this experience and sadly would not go back there. The least they could do is refund our 1 night. There was a far better way of handling this situation.
