1) Location was excellent. 2) Aircondition & Water Heater Worked well. 3) Water Dispenser was available, Hot & Cold

1) Rooms were a little bit Small (I booked 2 rooms) 2) No TV & Mirror in Room No 2 which has a Twin Bed. Only Lockers with broken key latch. The walls are too thin, kept hearing voices from the other rooms. This room was built on a wooden platform, so kept hearing loud footsteps. 3) Room No 4 has attached bathroom but the water pressure was low. This room came with a Queen Size Bed, No Cupboard to keep things. 4) The 3 common bathrooms located at 1st floor were a bit tiny, it was ok, averagely clean, but had fruit flies around. 5) There are 3 common Sinks provided, 2 were always clogged, the good one had low pressure. 6) Ground floor is the lobby, with sitting n dining area, kind of rustic look. The Fridge was working n kinda clean, there was a Washing Machine, not sure if it was working, There was a big smart TV but had some issues with the wifi connection. 7) Minimum Plates, Glasses provided. Had to use the same sink to wash those plated plates which is next to the 2 toilets at the Ground Floor. There was an induction stove but the pot or oan was not in good condition. Unhealthy to use. 8) There was like a bar with Toaster & Microwave there, which was damn filthy. According to the Housekeeping staff, it has not been used for a very long time. No chance for you to heat up food there. Overall Experience 👎👎👎, didn't expect it to be that poorly managed. The worst part, you will be constantly being disturbed by loud footsteps due to the wooden floor. Unable to sleep no rest well, Huge Disappointment n will not rebook again, if it's the last Hotel in the list. Need huge improvement.
