Within walking distance to Komtar. There is free CAT bus stop nearby. Checkin was smooth.

Bed was squeaky. My room is located upstairs next to the street and I could hear all the noise until above 11pm but solvable with earplugs. Almost everything is closed at night. Kinda hard to find a place to eat around the area.

Location and price.

State of the facilities (bedroom and bathroom). There were large mold spots in the bathroom and the bedroom ceiling was slowly rotting.

Superb host!.Joey is another level! She's responsive and helping and caring so much. 59heritage team were also helping so much. Great location, 5minutes on foot to catch the link bike station(armenian). Close to mosque, halal restaurant, favorite gelato. First floor is halal restauant. Washing machine and mineral water dispenser : highlighted!. Since the room temperature inside the house is hot, its help us drying our clothes😆. This house will make you find new nice people 😊

Since the aircond is just in the bedroom, it was super hot inside the house, it will be cooler if you can open the roof above the water fountain, it will give extra fresh air and cooler temperature for the house. Need extra care and cleaning for livingroom area, reading area (first floor).

Very noisy and small room. Bunk bed shaking and making noise. There is not any staff around.
