Convenient location and has 4 common bathrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) Has a Washing machine as well

There were no fridge to keep foodstuffs. The beds are creaky

The accommodation was situated perfectly in George Town, you could walk basically anywhere or take a bus to go further. Public spaces were clean and shower had good pressure. The room was also clean and ac worked perfectly. The mattresses on the beds were comfy. Didn't meet any of the staff but we got great instructions for check in and check out so no problem with that. I think we were the only ones staying or so we thought cause ot was really quiet and we could use the shared spaces like our own. Complimentary water was a plus. Quite cheap compared to other accommodations nearby.

The bunk bed felt quite unstable and was really loud when turning on the bed. We could hear noise from outside quite loudly and sometimes woke up to the noise of traffic.

The location was the best, very very close to the famous eateries shop, walking distance to Kimberley food street and Chowrasta Market. Also walking distance to Chew jeti etc...

Only one set of keys was provided, as each time four of us have to go out together and back together, BCOS the outer two gates need sensor to open .... If some of us went differently places and coming back different time, he or she might not able to enter the premises. Only can wait outside or have to call one of us come down to use the sensor or push button to unlock the gate. Others were fine.

The reception is remote but the communication was good. We didn't have any inconvenience checking in, leaving our luggages before and after the check-in and checkout. There washing machine, hot and cold water filter machine, the room is good sized for us and with a private bathroom. We can overlook the courtyard while reading during the day in the room. There's TV and hairdryer as well in the room. Perfect for a family and we enjoyed every minute in it!

Great location in the old town. Easy self check in. The room not big, but it was more than enough for us. Wifi works well. For the price we paid it's definitely recommended. Also water dispenser with hot and cold water outside the room. Very helpful management, all was handled through WhatsApp with quick answers to our questions. Thank you :)
