Hostal La Paz & Love Guadalajara

Great location. Stable WiFi, No problems with hot water. Clean common areas. The host was communicative and responded promptly.

It was cold!!! Colder than outside. A space heater should be provided in the unit. Several blankets were provided for obvious reasons; however, there was no warmth if not in bed.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean, we had hot water all the time and good water pressure, kitchen has everything we needed for cooking, really nice common areas. Communication was awesome. Also, there is yoga studio inside, we took a few classes and enjoyed them! Next time in GDL we will definitely stay here.

The place was quiet and calm. The room was warm and cozy. There are a convenience store and a pharmacy next to the hostal which was nice to get toiletries, water, and snacks. You can also use the kitchen supplies

The room has little ventilation and you could hear the street noise. The hot water takes long to start ruining and the shower is a bit dark. The room was too small for a couple, would’ve been better to book a double bed room

Great area in the city to stay, it's close to a lot of things. Residence was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Your just a 10 min walk to Chapul or anything else you need in Americana.

Lovely bright spacious communal areas. Amazing cafe out the front - independent to the hostel.

It seemed unfriendly because there are no staff around other than the cleaning staff so nobody to welcome you in person or show you around or tell you about the yoga classes. No communal vibe.

I missed my flight and Claudia messaged me to check on and sent instructions on how to check in on my own. The other guests are so kind and welcoming there. Cozy, quaint, and close to everything!!

I would have liked some more explanation on how the protocol of things in the common areas. I.e, I wasn’t sure if I could use the coffee machine that I saw

The cafe in front is very nice, spacious courtyard and the kitchen is decently equipped.

Rarely had hot water (and sometimes no water), the WiFi was connection was poor, check in was confusing with no single point of contact, strange that it is called a hostel but does not feel social at all, soooo many mosquitoes.

The location was excellent for the trámite I went to do.

The room didn't have TV for entertainment while we were there.

The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very nice.

A more efficient and less noisy fan would have been great.
