From the first moment to the last a gracious and very helpful hostess who made me feel at home from the first minute I came; nice comfortable room very tastefully equipped.

In a suburb, so a bit of a distance from the main attractions

Nice and quiet place. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making one feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism of this property. Each day our host, Khatunah checked in with us to see what time we wanted breakfast. The food was above normal and all homemade. We got to experience authentic Georgian cuisine with her scrumptious cooking. Khatunah and her family were so helpful, when we arrived at the property to discover we had left money and important documents in Batumi. Her daughter kicked into gear, contacting the previous hotel and arranging for our money to be email transferred to us! We were so concerned and Khatunah said “you are our guests and we will take care of you”. The property was exceptionally clean and I cannot recommend it enough. This will be my go to accomodation when visiting Tblisi again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. !

Staff was very pleasant, we had a nice small talk at the breakfast, my room was cozy and clean, very soft and comfortable bad allowed me to sleep well. Strongly recommended!

Exceptionally warm, welcoming, kind and generous (in heart and time!) family. Delicious breakfast and homegrown wine in their beautiful garden. I do not usually return to the same place when I travel but would definitely be coming back here.

We had a wonderful stay experience. We enjoyed hospitality like family guests. Ms. Khatuna is an extremely humble and kind lady. She personally takes care of everything. Breakfast was also great everyday.
