El preu.

No hem estat a gust. Tovalloles brutes, llançols bruts, dutxes que no funcionaven... L'atenció del servei tampoc ha sigut servicial en cap cas. Semblava que els hi molestés la nostra curta presencia. El preu es correcte, pero a la nostra estada a Lombok hem estat a homestays de preus similars i cumplien amb els requisits bàsics. Aquest no, no repetiriem.

We had a wonderful stay here in Kuta Lombok! The room was very spacious, cleaned every morning, and the breakfast was delicious. The whole staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for everything — we 100% recommend this place!

Partial refund of fee when we decided not to stay.

No air-conditioning and there were jack hammers going off next door. Probably ok for younger crowd but not for 3 70 year olds.

"Onvriendelijk en onhygiënisch: zeer af te raden!!"

Bambu afgewerkte wanden en plafonds, en dagbedekking van atap alang alang geven een authentiek uiterlijk Zwembad is fijne verkoeling voor de kinderen. klein maar lekker diep

- manager erg onvriendelijk bij ontvangst - hadden voor 5 personen geboekt (1 kind gratis volgens booking) maar er waren maar twee twin bedden. Konden kiezen: extra huisje betalen of met kind extra in twin bed. - Badkamer wat vervallen - bedwantsen aangetroffen!!!! - bij manager gemeld. Hij noemt me een leugenaar en wil de foto’s van de bedwantsen niet eens bekijken. - geen excuses, geen geld terug. - extra kosten: last minute hotel elders geboekt en taxi genomen - bagage uitgebreid gecontroleerd op bedwantsen. Nu alles nog wassen. - vreselijke ervaring al met al!!

The owner, British guy was extremely rude, always drunk and curse on customers
