The hotel staff weren't very friendly and helpful, they were always with a smile but without an intention for helping. The facilities felt like falling apart and coffee is specifically bad. And regarding the cleaning, it wasn't the best, they enter to "clean" but they swept, but they didn't mop the floor. They have good reviews here in Booking (don't understand why?) but go check Google reviews, those are real ones. We don't recommend it unless it is for a night.

The room was adequate for the price; the cleaning ladies were very kind and smiling.

The receptionist was unprofessional. We booked a double room for two but only received breakfast for one person. broken toilet the Wi-Fi worked very poorly
