friendly hosts, simple and good

not English speaking, might be difficult to communicate if you don’t know Spanish

Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Outside the centre but a pleasant walk.

It's a super good value for money for sure, the facilities are good and everything was super clean. It's a little bit far from the center (like 20 min walk) but it didn't really bother us as the neighborhood is nice. There's also a super cool market nearby.

It was a little bit loud in the morning, staff playing music from 7:30. Not the best place to stay if having totally undisturbed sleep is your priority.

The stuff is very helpful and friendly, room had a little balcony.

The owner and staff were incredible, so friendly and super helpful. The property was very clean, comfy beds and pillows, a nice rooftop view which would be made perfect with a few chairs, good wifi and kitchen facilities. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Our host Janet was nice and kind, thanks to her we had the best time in Oaxaca. The place is beautifully decorated 🥰 everything was super clean. We felt at home away from home, we will miss this unforgettable holiday, we are definitely coming back.
