Wifi and hot water wasnt working, but it was being fixed Breakfast and diner were more expensive than expected, but we should have asked before. Still great value for money

The owners were great. We felt part of their family right away!

The facilities were a bit old but for the money paid we can't complain!

Very well located to visit the huge Polonnaruwa site in a quiet area. Great communications throughout and the owners are very helpful, chatty, and offer their own pickups from the railway station and transfers onwards. Excellent breakfast (additional charge). Lovely dog.

Worth mentioning that at present all the rooms are ground floor and look directly out into the shared courtyard so need the curtains closed for privacy. Also lacks a kettle in the room.

Geen Wifi

A lovely family that welcomes you as if you’re part of their own. They are incredibly kind and open-hearted. The breakfasts were delicious, with a choice of either Western or local options. They also offer bike rentals, which is the best way to explore the area since it’s quite a large complex. The location is very convenient, right next to the historic site.

ご夫婦で経営されていますが、素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださり、とてもよい滞在になりました。Lilyというフレンドリーなワンちゃんも出迎えてくれます。立地はポロンナルワの旧市街の便利なところにあり、遺跡エリアまでもすぐです。 自転車も貸してくれ、両替のために新市街に連れて行ってくれたりもしました。お母さんお手製のスリランカ朝ごはんは是非食べてみた方がよいと思います。 お部屋については、ドアの鍵の調子が良くなかったのですが、すぐに部屋交換に応じてくれ、そのあたりの臨機応変さも大変たすかりました。（ちなみに、鍵はその後、すぐに直ったようです）

お値段含め、問題と感じること、良くなかったことなどは思い当たりません。自転車があったので、食事に行くのにもあまり困りませんでしたが、食事はローカルレストランが点在している感じのエリアなので、しっかりしたレストランで食べたい、といった希望がある場合には移動手段など要検討かもしれません。
