Room was OK,clean and comfortable. The staff, Martin, was friendly,pleasant and ready to offer any help. He was the only silver lining ,in our experience.

The location. It is in a crowded area. Possibly,it was meant for businesen,who visit for business purposes and not for leisure. We went to Pondicherry for leisure.
