The main value of this room is the terrace and the view from it; it is truly stunning. It should also be added that the hostess has really thought through the necessary details to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible, considering the possibilities the room can offer. There is a hairdryer, plenty of electrical sockets—although they look a bit dangerous—and dishes, and you can even buy wine and other drinks. If you plan to visit Porto Moniz for a short stay, this is a good option with an amazing view.

Although they tried to make the room as stylish as possible, it lacks comfort. Everything is not in the best condition; even the kettle we had in our room leaked onto the socket beneath it, which looked quite dangerous. The hosts seem a bit tired of guests; for example, we didn't like that even though we woke up early and were having breakfast on the terrace at sunrise, we were forced to listen to the loud quarreling of the hosts on the terrace above, right over our heads. Perhaps, seeing that we were awake, they thought there was no point in lowering their voices, but we wanted to wake up calmly in relative silence and listen to the sound of the sea at dawn, not their shouting.

You know, I genuinely want to say — this is an incredibly amazing place. It’s quiet and peaceful, and you feel completely in harmony with nature. You fall asleep with an incredible view and wake up to it again. And it seems like it’s always the same view, but each time you notice more and more details. That’s the magic of it. I stayed there alone, and I felt very comfortable — there’s a big bed, a wardrobe, and a shower. It’s not luxury, but everything you need is in good condition. I 100% recommend this apartment for couples or solo travelers. Also, the host — the woman who welcomed me — was very kind and helpful. She gave me lots of tips, recommended great places to visit and go hiking. She even gave me a ride to the city and back! :) Such a lovely and pleasant woman.
