Clean and new and very cozy. Location is in walking distante to Chioggia and the beach. We have enjoyed our stay a lot! perfect for a one day trip to Venice by boat and much more calm …

Location, clean

The apartment is far too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. In fact that is just one room with 4 beds. There's no living room area, and the dining table is very small. We could hear almost every noise from the other apartments. It was also difficult to leave the apartment because we only had one key, and we needed it to enter and leave the building (no access code). Some less important remarks include the absence of paper towels and plastic bags. In general, the value for money is low.

The flat was lovely. Great location. Surprisingly quiet.

Only that our flat was on third floor, which was a little tiring with access only by stairs.
