"It was very very bad experience total waste of money"

It was not what it was on booking.com its total mess there

Everything was bad there was not a single glass to drink water,full of mosquitos, very bad toilets and washrooms

"Overall i can tell good place to stay."

Super ralxing place and staff and the owner was very friendly. I swapped the room to the delux suite.

Didnt included the breakfast even for delux package.

We loved our stay at Trinco Relax Hut, the room is very nice and comfortable. There is also a pool table which we enjoyed! It is close to town and lots of cool things to do! Thank you

"Most of the facilities were not available as described."

Nice small room.

There was none of the following, even though they were mentioned as available. Mosquito net (However, Lots of mosquitoes were there.) Iron Water bottle (We had to filled our bottles from there water line in the garden.) Shampoo Conditioner Wine glasses (or any glass) Microwave Oven Toaster Barbecue Dryer And sspecially the place is not allowed pets but they already have dogs in outdoor dinning area.

"Donot recommend"

This property is a nightmare. Very rude staff specially cleaning lady she knocks the door for check outs. As we have arrived later after whale watching to the property at 10.45am we told her that we will leave ASAP after having a shower. Even though check out is 11am she knocking the door at 10.55am. Bathroom water is leaking to the bedroom and mattress are very thinner. And cannot sleep.

Nice cabin. Clean and comfortable. Like a 5-10 minute walk to good restaurants and beach bar. Came for 1 night but stayed 2.

The cabins are not very soundproof. In other words, you hear everything from next door. Not really a problem for me but something to know.

We really enjoyed staying here. Quiet place. The owner helped us to rent a bike quickly. Provided with cutlery needed to cut our fruits. Not far from the beach. Really worth its money! thank you very much!!!

"Perfect place for a short Trinco stay, close to the beach and other facilities!"

A quiet, relaxing place with good AC and a decent sized bathroom!

The beds could be more comfy. They are a great size but the mattress was a bit thin.
