$8 for a room inside the fort is good. the staff is friendly.

I booked the camel ride thru the hotel and was too sick to go and the owner wouldn’t give me a refund even though he told me he would 10 minutes earlier , so I had to extend my trip so I didn’t lose my money . the camel ride guide sold beer on the trip and when he broke one of the beer bottles, he insisted I pay for it even though I had never touched it and he is the one that broke it. not professional. could see lots of car lights on the overnight camel safari. the owner of the hotel never even asked how the camel safari was after I got back. once they get your money, that’s all they care about . also, you can book the camel safari for 50% less if you book away from the hotel . same experience. the hotel staff asked for 800 rupees for a tuk tuk to the airport when the price was only 500 rupees. then he tried to tell me that 500 rupees was impossible when I said I would find my own transportation . 500 rupees is actually the normal price. I don’t mind then trying to make a profit but I don’t like being lied to after staying there for 6 nights. the hot water worked the first day and then I booked another 5 nights and it never worked again. they didn’t bother to turn it on after I gave them a perfect 10 review after a one night stay. when I asked for hot water, they only offered me a bucket of hot water. the bed mattress is 2 thin pieces of foam in the family suite. also, the patio in the family suite is used by the staff to dry their laundry, every single day . the castle room advertises a patio but there isn’t one . there isn’t even a window and there is a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom all bathrooms smell of sewage

everyone is friendly and helpful. food is good. location is excellent. room is nice. price is good.
