"unfair booking management"

nothing

overbook and switch you at last minute in a cheaper hotel without lake view and comfort.( no comforter cover for example).Or difficult to access by car without 4wd unacceptable when you booked 4 lodges several months in advance.

Very natural, and nice staff. Nice view of the scenery

A bit too quiet for us... we were a family of four. Probably very nice for a couple who don't mind very simple conditions.

Cute huts in a beautiful location with its own hot spring pool. Loved it!

Bugs got into the rooms quite easily. But the beds have mosquito nets, so still a peaceful place to stay.
