Terrible Host Management: The property was completely unprepared for our arrival. They had no record of our booking, no idea who we were, and no information regarding our group size or room count. I had to show the staff our confirmation details on my phone just so they could scramble to arrange our rooms. Deceptive Listing and False Advertising: Do not trust the amenity list for this property on Booking.com. They claim to offer 72 facilities, but fewer than half actually exist. We are on a month-long tour of Sri Lanka and specifically booked this place because it listed a washing machine. Upon arrival, the staff told us they did not have one, but offered to do our laundry for an extra charge. When confronted, they claimed the listing was a mistake and promised to remove it. This felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to rip off guests. Substandard and Unsafe Rooms: The room condition was unacceptable: No Privacy: The bedroom door had gaps in it, allowing anyone passing by to peep inside. I had to buy masking tape to cover the openings myself. Broken Plumbing: The tap on the bathroom washbasin was completely broken. Unusable Cooling: The air conditioner made a deafening noise like a tractor engine. When I switched to the ceiling fan, it was even louder. As a result, I had to sleep with no AC or fan in stifling 34-degree heat. Dirty linen: Towels full of stains. I highly advise against booking this property. It is poorly maintained, unsafe, and intentionally misleading

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Water pressure was realy good (almost make it hard to leave shower😂). We had dinner out on the balcony.

Amazing location, honestly it felt like a second home. The staff are kind and very generous. Highly recommend

They are very welcoming and allow us to make the trip convenient. Because people go Anuradhapurs as a pilgrimage so we make alms to worship early in the morning. So they have made a separate kitchen and they provide you clean utensils to make those food. That is a big relief since they open up the kitchen early for us. Rooms are spacious and with balconies. Very neat and clean. Price is very reasonable. This is our second time ane will be the place for our every anuradhapura visits.

One of the best place that we have ever seen in Anuradhapura. I can highly recommend this place because of the friendly staff, secure place, calm and quiet too. Description and photos on the booking.com were exactly same, so no doubt.
