The property is situated amidst a farmland with spectacular views from the living and bedrooms. It is only 10 minutes away from Albany town centre and is the perfect short distance getaway spot within Auckland. The rooms were spacious, and not to mention the bathroom, which had 2 sinks, the toilet had a bidet system which was very comfortable. The laundry room had a sink and washing machine with provision for drying clothes in the outside area. The owner was very friendly and they also had an option to extend the check-out hours for a small fee, which was perfect ! Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would love to be back again! 😊

There is pretty much nothing to dislike about the property. The kitchen had an electric cooker and the only small and very minor inconvenience was that the kitchen did not have a sink, we had to wash them all at the laundry room outside the main living area.

Nothing. Everything was great

We immediately fell in love with the whole country vibe when we saw where we were staying. A lovely welcoming homestead and driveway filled with sweet smelling flowers. Helpful signs pointed us in the right direction. Easy to find, access into our room was with a lockbox and key. House is impressive the moment you walk in, large bathroom, kitchen dining and lounge area, was just perfect, the beds were comfy, I must admit when I saw a lot of reviews talking about a hard bed, I was a bit nervous, however the owners must have rectified the hard bed as it is now very comfortable, and not hard at all. The expansive country views from the lounge and bedroom was great. We didn’t have small children, but could see that an effort to accomodate for the littlest guest is evident with child’s table and chairs and books. Overall we loved our stay there and recommend this place to others,

Beautiful quiet and rural. Private with plenty of space.

The toilet and the kitchen sink cleaning up was separate so water for a hot drink etc you have to go outside into another room

Very comfortable, clean, modern, with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the books and toys. Super close to Albany for restaurants, but also far enough away for the relaxed country feel.

Only thing missing for us was a coffee plunger. We bought the coffee, next time would bring a plunger.
