The owners Steve and Rachel made us feel welcome the minute we arrived till we left.The property was spotlessly clean and the rooms perfect for our 2 nights stay.There was a nice choice for breakfast and was really nice.The location was spot on close to the centre and the front.All in all was a lovely break away and the weather was a bonus

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with vegetarian options. The location is excellent, close to the pier, shops, restaurants, beaches, Great Orme and the tramway, plus a pretty quick walk from the station. The location was quiet and pleasant for walks. The hospitality couldn't have been lovelier :-)
