The location is absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking views of the famous Seven Bulls rock formations from our room. Waking up to these dramatic red sandstone cliffs each morning was truly unforgettable. The proximity to the Seven Bulls allows for easy hiking and exploration, while the peaceful mountain atmosphere and fresh alpine air make it an ideal base for nature lovers. We used Komoot for a perfect hike.

The rooms could benefit from better soundproofing and blackout curtains for a more restful sleep. The food pricing doesn't offer good value for money. Dinner cost 700 som per person, but portions were quite small: just one cup of thin soup with a single carrot slice and two small pieces of meat in it and two dumplings. We actually thought it was the starter. We didn't inquire about prices beforehand and were surprised by the high cost. Pro tip for future guests: always ask about meal prices upfront to avoid any unpleasant surprises when settling the bill. For the same price, you can get a proper full meal at a local Kyrgyzstan restaurant.

Last minute booking, hosts were incredibly accommodating, mountain view from window was unreal to wake up to. Maybe best view in town! Breakfast was vast and hearty. Such great value!

We did get a little lost following google maps to get there but it is accessible from an alternate road!! We are very glad we found it because our stay was incredible.

Dinner and breakfast were quite meager. Considering they were 500 per person I thought the meals should have been more substantial. Dinner was literally soup and bread. Also breakfast was a half hour later than the time we wanted. We came down at 7 (the appointed time) only to see an empty dining room and the owner doing yoga outside. The location is far from the mini-bus drop-off point, so the owner told us her husband was in town and could give us a lift. Great, we thought—how nice! But during check out she charged us for that lift. It would have been great to know that it cost money at the time! Also, you can hear people walking around outside from your room.

Very nice family, kind and welcoming people!

It is definitely worth staying overnight at the Emir guesthouse. The host family are very friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. I took a bus to the turn from the highway then a shared taxi to the resort (and hitchhiked back). A couple of small shops in the resort, and a good guest kitchen at the guesthouse. hike to the waterfall is very easy and worth doing!
