The flat was nice with all we needed. Comfy beds, a little kitchen and even two bathrooms. Close to the city center and really quiet at night.

The building wasn't good looking and the stairs were not quite good, but we were there for the apartment and that was ok.

La habitación era espaciosa y acogedora. El colchón algo blando para mi gusto pero suficientemente cómodo. La ubicación y la relación precio-calidad son excelentes.

La puerta de la habitación (M4) no cierra completamente debido a la chapa electrónica incorporada. Eso produce que se filtre luz y ruido desde el pasillo exterior, lo que es especialmente molesto a raíz del baño que está justo al lado. La limpieza general de la habitación podría mejorar: había telarañas e insectos en ventanas y algunos rincones, y el pequeño refrigerador tenía un olor extraño. Me hubiese gustado que hubiera un velador junto a la cama.

Правдивое описание, хорошая коммуникация с хозяином, месторасположение близко от центра города. Необходимый минимум оснащения, чтобы провести 1-2 ночи.

Отсутствие крючков в ванной для полотенец и для верхней одежды в прихожей. Очень маленькая душевая и малогабаритный туалет, слабый напор горячей воды. Квартира для однократной транзитной ночевки, не более ( что, правда, честно указано хозяином в описании).

Very clean and nice room, perfect location. Full equipment and the attention is excellent.

There’s not iron and I needed one, the hair dryer didn’t work well. The shower is a puddle. Even when the room has it’s own kitchen and bathroom, you share the floor with others and the door don’t have a good acoustic absorption, you can hear everything from the corridor like if it was in the room.

Do not book if you're expecting what's advertised!!! We paid for a private kitchen and it didn't work! We were starving after buying groceries specifically to cook and had to use the shared kitchen (instead of the private one we paid for). The bathroom sink was clogged the entire stay. The wifi didn't work on any of our laptops despite the host insisting it was our problem, and we had to find a last-minute workaround for an important meeting. We woke up to ants on one of our friend's belongings. Basic ingredients advertised by the host weren't there. Even though the site says toiletries provided, bring your own. The host told us the one bottle labeled "pH-neutral skin" provided was shampoo, then backtracked and said it was all-in-one. We spent over two incredibly frustrating hours troubleshooting with the host and his daughter with zero resolution. They kept telling us to try doing the same things over and over again even though I told them it didn't work. The shower does not work like a normal one. You have to figure out how to handle it so it does not constantly spew burning hot water at you.

Конечно это не 4 или 5 🌟 апартаменты, но на одну ночь нам подошло. Отличное месторасположение, все в шаговой доступности. Легкий и самостоятельный check in and check out. Спасибо большое за бесплатную услугу хранения нашего багажа пока мы гуляли по городу.

У нас была полуподвальная комната и запах подвальных помещений присутствовал в комнате. Думаю deep clean решил бы проблему
