Clean and tidy room

Loud guests. There were issues with my booking which ended up costing me more than what was on Booking.com because apparently the room I booked meant I must sleep at an outside room with an outside bathroom? Really? In winter? Shuuu what an experience!

Really unhappy with the place, the bedding smelled horrible, i left the same night i booked in and slept at a friend.. I refund would be great.

The place had a smell. And was not clean at all. Also got questioned when I asked for clean linen.
