The friendliness of the staff members

The tiles of the room had stains all over looking as it was not cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable. The furniture such as the headboard and shelves are old. The room itself is so small to the extent that it does not warrant such amount. The noise level that was caused by some people who seem to be staying at the property. The noise started at 3:00 am and lasted for about 20 minutes. I think the tiles and furniture in room 5 need to be replaced.
