Really great and attentive host, thank you. Room was comfortable, clean and cost. Well presented with everything we needed We left early so received a packed lunch rather than breakfast and it was really lovely

Zoe, our host was very welcoming and her house is super clean and comfortable. Motorbike parking was secure on hard standing and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Foy House.

Nothing. It was a great location and I would visit again next time I’m in Folkestone.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this guest house. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The host was friendly, kind, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The room was clean, tidy, and well presented, with everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. It was also very quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep after a long day travelling. Instead of breakfast, we were kindly provided with a packed lunch to take with us, which was a really thoughtful touch. It was fresh, well prepared, and genuinely very good — a lovely personal gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a warm and personal feel. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Couldn't fault my visit. Parking on site and very warm welcome by Zoe. Lovely bedroom with separate toilet and large shower room. Packed lunch everyday and I was free to come and go as I pleased. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tea/coffee/milk etc topped up daily. Property nicely located for walking to beach, although quite hilly-good exercise!

No complaints at all.
