Limpieza e instalaciones muy buenas en relacion calidad-precio

El trato del personal. Reservamos a ultima hora y al llamar para ver cuando podiamos hacer el check-in me dice que va a cerrar ya y que no puedo hacerlo. Le digo que lo entiendo (será un error de poder reservar en la plataforma a esa hora) pero entonces que me cancele la reserva porque si cancelo yo, pierdo los 54€ de la reserva y me dice que no puede hablando con un modo prepotente. Al final me pasa un número para que llamemos y veamos como hacer pero todo con muy malas formas. Tenemos casi que rogar que nos permitan hacer el check in o nos devuelvan el dinero. Puedo entender que haya un error en la reserva o que fuese a ultima hora, pero nada justifica no dar una opción y menos hablando de modo maleducado.

Gute Lage, direkt am Camino. Preislich absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren im Zeitbettzimmer. Sehr sauber, komfortabel und preislich top. Jederzeit wieder.
